About The Doc
Dr. Michael Givens was born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and has lived here most of his life. He is the father of 4 children, and active in various church and civic organizations. His interests include tinkering with old motorcycles, outdoor sports and hiking in scenic Southeast Missouri. He graduated from Central High School, attended Southeast Missouri State University, and graduated from Logan Chiropractic College in Chesterfield, Missouri. Having grown up in Cape, Dr. Givens has perspective on life here. He says, "Its nearly unbelievable the physical changes that have occured in Cape Girardeau just since my childhood. What hasn't changed is that the people who live here have common sense values, and I'm thrilled to be a part of this community. Its great to watch kids grow up, and start to make a life of their own. I consider it an honor to be a part of that."
